Welcome to Parma Cafe, a charming local gem nestled at 153 York Wy, London N7 1BF. This family-run cafe is a beloved cornerstone of the community, offering an inviting atmosphere and deliciously comforting fare that keeps patrons returning time and again.

Parma Cafe is ideal for those seeking a hearty breakfast or a midday reprieve from the bustle of London life. The cozy space is adorned with warm hues and rustic decor, creating a homey environment where friendly banter and the comforting aroma of freshly prepared food fill the air. From the moment you walk in, you'll feel embraced by its welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to unwind or catch up with friends over a cup of coffee.

One of the standout features of Parma Cafe is its commitment to offering great value without sacrificing quality. Customers rave about the generous portion sizes and affordability of the dishes, making it an excellent choice for anyone seeking a substantial meal. As one enthusiastic reviewer, Daryn Wilkinson, noted, “Great little breakfast spot. Portions are absolutely huge.” Whether you're craving a classic full English breakfast, fluffy pancakes, or a wholesome veggie option, Parma has something on its menu for everyone.

The cafe prides itself on its friendly service, which many customers have highlighted. Regulars like Ad Sinha appreciate the flexibility of the menu, allowing guests to customize their meals to suit their taste perfectly. In a city as fast-paced as London, having a local cafe that understands your cravings is a true blessing.

However, it’s important to note that the cafe's charming quirks may come with a few challenges. As Maria Mityagina pointed out, the route to the restroom involves navigating through the bustling kitchen and down a steep staircase, which might not be the most accessible for those with strollers or mobility concerns.

Ultimately, Parma Cafe is more than just a place to eat; it celebrates the essence of community dining. Sorosh Arya aptly describes it as a “fantastic service, prices, and food! Great old school cafes such as Parma are hard to come by!” If you ever find yourself wandering near Kings Cross or Tufnell Park, don’t miss out on experiencing the warmth and joy that Parma Cafe offers. It’s not just a meal, but a delightful moment to savor.

Minus one star due to things missing off menu. But I feel bad doing that. I’m really not a person to take photos of my food, but I made an exception here. Now I’ve come to write my review I see that others seem to have taken practically identical photos! I was in London for work and walking from Tufnell Park back to Kings Cross. I needed sustinence and wanted to eat somewhere that looked straightforward. There seemed to be a lot of pretentious cafes/restaurants in the area …. Or maybe I’m just not used to London. There was a negative straight off. None of the pies on the menu were available that day - neither savoury nor sweet. That was a little strange. However, I'm easily persuaded to have a fry-up and ordered one of the all-day-breakfasts. In this case I think it was called Megabreakfast. It was great value, and not so much because of the portion size, which was decent, but not grotesquely massive. Rather it was the quality – which was a surprise for the nature of the dish and the price. It came with coffee, which was from a machine and really good, and bread, which you’d imagine had come from a baker, and wasn’t the cheapest white slice on the supermarket shelf. I'd have preferred apple pie for dessert. But with the pies missing I had ice-cream. This was OK. The couple (?) running it were pleasant too.

Small local cafe. Very good food for its price. Way to the toilet goes through the kitchen and down the steep stairs, so no possibility to bring a buggy there and no changing facilities for the baby anyway.

Lovely little family run cafe just off York way. We visit quite regularly for breakfast and it never disappoints. They are also very flexible with the menu, which is great as you can get exactly what you want! Great service, great value. And always good to support a local business...
